        We do comprehend that students in the rural areas fall behind due to lack of availability of resources and amenities, thus we make sure we provide a highly advanced lab and library where the students can gets hands on practice and prepare for their exams and the future.

Aims of NCC
1.To develop qualities of character, courage, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and the ideals of selfless service among the youth to make them useful citizen.
2. To create a human resource of organized trained and motivated youth to provide leadership in all walks of life including the Armed Forces and be always available for the service of the nation.

We, The Akshar Jr. College have started NCC unit at our college since 2020. It is registered and working under 38, Maharashtra Battalion and having unit approval of 100 cadets. We provided training from qualified staffs and special sessions from P.I. staff assigned from 38, Maharashtra Batalion.
